Please note that we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings. Any event cancelled 7 days prior to the event will forfeit the whole amount payable.
Plum Crazy Agency (to be referred to as “The Company”) does not assume responsibility for those inherent risks which may cause unfortunate accidents or incidents during, before or after an event. The company will not be held responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, or inconvenience arising from event misfortunes beyond our control.
Anything supplied to you by Plum Crazy Agency or their suppliers must be looked after and returned in the same condition as rented out to you, anything lost or broken will be invoiced to you to make payment.
Please make sure you call or email us before making a payment to double check if your required date & time is still available – we cannot guarantee any bookings.
- Please note all equipment is hired (unless stated otherwise) and will need to be returned at the end of the event.
